This page describes how users of the PGx Clinical Decision Support mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated data, as required for transparency on Google Play.
How to request account deletion
Send an email from the same email address you use to sign in to the app:
- To: ajay.pharm@aiimsbhopal.edu.in
- Subject line (recommended): PGx CDS – Account deletion request
- In the message, state that you want your account deleted and (if applicable) any associated personal data removed in line with our privacy policy.
We will verify ownership using the registered email and process the request in a reasonable time, subject to any legal or institutional retention requirements.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we intend to remove or anonymise, where applicable:
- Your account credentials and profile linked to that email
- Usage data tied to your account (e.g. drug search and interaction logs associated with your user ID), unless a longer retention period is required by law or policy
What may be kept (and why)
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you, used for security or service improvement where permitted
- Records we must retain under applicable law, institutional policy, or legitimate security/audit requirements; such data is not used for marketing
Details align with our Privacy Policy. If you need access or correction without deleting your account, contact the same email address and describe your request.
